Food
Under the guidance of Head Chef Chloe Knight, the kitchen serves modern British cuisine with French classical influences — food built to sit alongside one of Norwich’s finest wine lists. Local provenance sits at the heart of everything. We work with some of Norfolk’s finest producers, from Norfolk Black chicken and Norfolk Spore mushrooms to local game, beef, cheese and leaves grown close to home.
We offer a daily lunch and à la carte, with tasting menus available on Friday and Saturday evenings. On Sundays, our lunch menu takes the classic roast and gives it a fine dining treatment, alongside a broader selection of dishes to celebrate the best of the season.
Sebastian brings with him a decade of serving afternoon tea at The Ritz. The Last Afternoon Tea is an intimate, considered experience — the finest loose-leaf teas, freshly baked scones, delicate sandwiches and exceptional cakes and pastries, with Champagne available throughout. There is no dress code, though you are more than welcome to dress for the occasion.
We cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, including a strong vegetarian and vegan offer and thoughtful options for coeliac and FODMAP diners. If you have something specific in mind, please do ask — we are always happy to help.
