The Last is a wine bar and restaurant on St Georges Street, Norwich. Our kitchen holds two AA Rosettes. The building was once the largest women’s shoe factory in Britain — for decades, craftsmen shaped wooden lasts here, the forms around which every shoe was built. Precise, purposeful objects. We have tried to honour that in everything we do.
